A sacred form of movement that design to calm your mind, strength your body and ignite your soul. It roots comes from the ancient form of Qi-Gong and the sacred movement of the Hebrew letter. It design as powerful sequence of movements which includes chanting and breathing technique that assist in clearing negativity from the energetic field. The dance sequence practice as sacred ritual which create a field of protection in all four direction. this sacred dance is great as morning dance ritual.
